Dana’s focus in life is his family, which is evident from his career span at TGG Solutions. He joined Grotenhuis in 1979, and he is the son-in-law of its founder, Frank Grotenhuis. In his 37 years with the company, Dana has played several roles—from an actual producing agent of the original firm, to serving as CEO between 1983 and 2007, on to his current position as Chairman. Dana was integral in supporting Blue Cross® Blue Shield® of Michigan (BCBSM) in 1983—when competitors began to lobby against the carrier for its decision to open its product to the independent agent network. Since then, Dana’s active and purposeful involvement in many local and statewide businesses and political organizations, as well as his reputation as a community leader, has benefitted BCBSM and its representation in the market. What most excites Dana about TGG Solutions is the associates' willingness to adapt core competencies to expand market opportunities—he believes it’s in our company’s DNA—a service business is only as good as the people who have chosen to serve in that organization, and we have assembled a great team!

Keith likes to keep himself busy by going on family adventures with his two young daughters, Evelyn and Margot. Keith started out his career in the hospitality industry where he has experience in every aspect from park operations and employee retention at Disney to owning franchised restaurants. Keith is excited  for the future of TGG Solutions because the brand represents the people. TGG Solutions has worked hard to put together teams to execute its vision and mission; it’s exciting when people develop to reach new heights to best serve our customers.

Dean feels most relaxed when he’s out hunting or spending time with his family at their Northern Michigan cottage. He enjoys giving back to the community, and he is on the board of several non-profit organizations. Dean joined the company in 2005 as the Chief Marketing Officer and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 2007. He is responsible for the company’s over-all organizational performance. Prior to joining TGG Solutions, Dean had extensive corporate and small business work experience in the office furniture industry, which included the role of General Manager. What excites Dean most about TGG Solutions is that the company has always been focused on providing exceptional business solutions, and now it is a part of our name!

For the last 12 years, Michelle has been active in serving her community as a 4-H leader. An avid reader, Michelle loves all books. Her favorite genres of books include sci-fi, romance and mystery. Michelle has had many years of experience within the insurance industry. She is currently the Executive Vice President of Operations & Customer Service here at TGG Solutions. Michelle is excited to leverage our current talent and expertise to contribute to the growth and diversification of TGG Solutions to provide better service to our existing clients and to reach new clients.

Matt was born and raised in Philadelphia and came to Michigan 18 years ago to attend Michigan State. He enjoys the Michigan winters and eventually wants to retire to the U.P. Matt spends as much time as he can outside with his wife, Erica, and two children, Graham and Carly. Rain or shine, you will find him doing something fun in Michigan’s great outdoors. Matt started his career in accounting, beginning as an auditor and most recently serving as a controller for a group of agricultural based companies. Prior to joining TGG he architected and managed custom applications along with managing multiple Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) applications. The thing Matt is most excited to bring to TGG is the ability to build a sustainable IT support model with scalable infrastructure. This will position TGG to take on any and all future opportunities!

Anedra brings a diverse professional background to the human resources field. As the vice president of human resources, Anedra emphasizes the importance of providing a high-level of excellence with everyday interactions. She provides HR strategies in talent management, comprehensive recruiting programs and alignment of all human resources activities to support the values of the organization. Anedra’s family is what keeps her going, she has true love for people and will do whatever she can to help someone in need. She has an authentic passion to serve, whether at church, in the community or at work. Anedra is most excited about the opportunity to provide an exceptional customer experience. She understands the importance of engaging with our associates so they know they are highly valued.
